I've listed some articles that I have students read. They are meant to give a point-of-view that is absent from textbooks and formal academic work.
Theory vs. Practical Implementation: In every area of study there are tensions between the theoretical and the implementation of the theory. Discussing these tensions can open conversations around respecting another's work, that engaging in comparison is often unproductive, and how much the "practical" feeds the "theoretical" and the reverse.
Ethical Hacking and the White Hats: I'm in the process of collecting some articles regarding ethical hacking. This is a place where cryptography, ethics, business, and philosophy intersect.
